Obituary for Robert Harold Guest

Robert Harold Guest
July 3, 1936 – November 24, 2018

Bob was born on July 3, 1936 and was an only child. He attended Sul Ross High School in San Antonio, Texas. Later, he studied Civil Engineering at UT in Austin. Thereafter, he worked in the pipeline industry worldwide until his retirement in 2013. It was on one of his pipeline jobs that he met his wife, Reshma. She introduced him to a relationship with Christ in 2010. Thereafter, he became actively involved in Cibolo Creek Community Church and Oak Hills Church. Not only did he serve in his community churches, but for the past 27 years, Bob served at the Leon Springs Volunteer Fire Department. He currently held the position of Captain responsible for Safety and Training. He was a vital asset to the department and will be sorely missed.
Bob was passionate about learning, country music, pipelining, finger style guitar playing, flying, firefighting and Nascar. He leaves behind his LSVFD family, pipeline family, and many loved ones.
