Joe lived in Boerne, Texas for over 35+ years. He retired from Mooney Aircraft as an Aircraft Inspector. Joe was a USAF veteran where he served our country during the Korean era from 1954 to 1958 where he specialized as an aircraft mechanic.

Joe was an avid fan who loved the Dallas Cowboys, San Antonio Spurs and Texas Rangers Baseball, for as long as the family can remember. If any of these teams were being televised, you can be assured that he was watching. He enjoyed spending all Holiday's and special time with his family. He also loved to go fishing and hunting in his early years. In his later years he enjoyed watching wildlife from his front porch, with his cat, Smokey, at his cabin in Blanco County. He will remain in our hearts filled with love and greatly missed by all!!

A Celebration of his life will be held at a later date. To leave condolences for the family, please visit www.ebensberger-fisher.com and select Obituaries.
